In order to offer our clients an integral advisory service, we decided to establish an Employment Law department which has grown considerably in the last few years. We offer services both to companies and individuals, providing ongoing advice on the subject of employment law and collaborating very closely with Human Resources departments, giving guidance on workforce restructuring, contractual terms and conditions, senior management contracts and other issues that can be encountered daily in the work place.
Our goal is to maintain constant contact with our clients in order to solve any issues that arise in the shortest possible time and with the utmost rigour, given that this area often calls for a rapid response. We provide advice for individual clients before they sign employment contracts, during the negotiation process and in the event of the termination of the employment relationship. We represent individuals and companies at Employment Tribunals.
We also have a department that specialises in managing salary and social security payments.
